Recruitment
Recruitment must satisfy the objectives and requirements of short and long-term business development strategy of the Company, implemented in each specific development stage and according to the annual plan. Employees are recruited not only to meet the professional requirements of the current job but also to be a potential factor for future growth.
The principle of the recruitment policy is to select the best candidates for the right positions based on the candidates’ qualifications and experiences through a fair and objective process. In addition, the Company always creates opportunities for newly graduates with the aim of developing an active young generation that meets the Company’s long-term development.

TRAINING POLICIES
Staff training and development is the top priority of CNT Group, with the policy of facilitating each individual's career development, and at the same time building a team of professional personnel. In addition, CNT Group also encourages employees to learn from each other during their work, through internal training courses and self-training efforts of each member.
Training is also a form of human resource strategy investment, aiming to improve management knowledge, competence, professional qualifications, supportive skills and other skills for employees to professionalize the teams. Thus, meets CNT Group's development requirements in each period.
JOB PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT POLICY
At CNT Group, fair promotion opportunities for all individuals are determined by a clear and specific plan of using human resources.
Implementing capacity assessment plan and periodic work (every 3 months) to evaluate job goals and job development goals of each individual. At the same time, it is the basis to arrange employees that are suitable for each developmental stage of the Company.

WELFARE AND REMUNERATION POLICY
Remuneration policy: The remuneration policy for employees is always perfected by the Board of Directors with the aim of creating all conditions for employees to feel secure, long-term attachment and maintain the corporate culture of CNT Group.
The salary regime is paid based on the principle of ensuring fairness, in accordance with the qualifications, capabilities and work efficiency of each employee, in which employees are entitled to income and bonus regimes according to clear regulations from the Company. In addition to the salary and allowance policy, CNT Group also applies an extraordinary bonus policy to glorify the efforts of employees.
Welfare policy: All employees of the Company are entitled to policies in accordance with the Labor Law of Vietnam. In addition, employees also receive other benefits according to the Collective Labor Agreement, which is adjusted annually.
