COMPLETE UTILITIES HAS TURNED THIS URBAN AREA INTO A VIBRANT ECONOMIC - SERVICE CENTER IN HA TIEN - A YOUNG CITY OF KIEN GIANG.
The urban area possesses two expensive facades. The front is adjacent to the sea, embracing the entire Vo Van Van Kiet axis. This is the main tourist route connecting the administrative center of the city (Binh San ward), passing through Bai No and extending to Mui Nai. On the backside is National Highway 80 (Nguyen Phuc Chu Street) under construction, extending to Ha Tien International Border Gate.
According to Mr. Mai Duc Toan - Director of Business Department from CNT Group (far right), the project has more than 2,000 products and 95% are successfully transacted, of which 80% have handed over the books, the rest are in the handover progress. The unsold 5% is mainly allocated to two newly deployed high-end projects, Ha Tien Venice Villas and Ha Tien Centroria commercial complex.
Ha Tien Venice Villas integrates more than 20 high-class utilities, of which nearly 70% of items have been completed. Some residents have already signed up to build in early 2021.
With a position embracing the beachfront of nearly 1km long, the beachfront villa series is suitable for popular business models such as restaurants, cafes, mini-hotels, homestays, spas, clubs, shops, mini supermarkets, or renting out the premises to receive a monthly profit. According to the investor, the beachfront villas cost from 20 million per m2 (VAT included), payment lasts up to 36 months, and incentives up to 10%.
Ha Tien Centroria commercial complex deployed in June 2019. Up to now, more than 60% of utilities have been completed. At the end of December, the time flow park will open. This will become an interesting check-in point, creating more highlights for Ha Tien tourism.
A row of 16 adjacent 5-floor townhouses is under construction to the 4th floor, expected to top out in early December. The investor expects that the appearance of this high-class commercial space will bring a new breeze to the city, generating a synchronous and busy shopping street.
"Customers are expected to operate a modern service chain to catch the trend with tourist cities in Vietnam. Those are bar, club, karaoke, luxury restaurants, mini supermarkets, and franchised food and beverage outlets from famous brands ...", Mr. Toan said.
Adjacent to the villas and townhouses is the Ha Tien Night Market. The night market has 500 stalls open from 4 pm to 10 pm. Currently, the night market is a destination not to be missed when visiting Ha Tien.
Owing to the effect of the night market, from the beginning of 2020, Vo Van Kiet street has become the busiest entertainment area of the city. With a radius of less than 200m, there are more than 30 luxury eateries, restaurants, and cafes appearing.
According to a representative of CNT Group, the rental price ranges from 20 to 30 million VND per month for empty land, the corner location can be up to 60 million VND. Many old restaurants in Binh San ward have also moved to Vo Van Kiet street.
Currently, Ha Tien's new urban area is the choice of well-off families who want to enjoy a high-class living environment. Over the past time, hundreds of houses and businesses have been completed and put into operation.
Meanwhile, motels and hotels have also begun to spring up more to meet the demand for relaxation.
