Established in 1981, CNT GROUP CORPORATION (CNT GROUP) is a diversified group developing a sustainable economic ecosystem based on 4 main fields: Real Estate Investment and Development - Construction implementation - Trading materials - Producing building materials.

Over 40 years of establishment and development, deep market knowledge associated with professional employees, CNT is proud to have won valuable awards. In the period from 2007 to 2012, the Company was voted as one of the 500 leading enterprises in Vietnam by VietnamNet Newspaper (VNR 500).

2022

+ Đổi tên công ty sang tên mới: CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN TẬP ĐOÀN CNT.

2020

+ CNT Group tăng vốn điều lệ: 400.150.690.000 đồng.

2019

+ Investing and developing Ha Tien high-class commercial complex Ha Tien Centroria, Ha Tien city, Kien Giang province (3.2 hectares).

+ Investing and developing Ha Tien Night Market, Ha Tien city, Kien Giang province (1 hectares).

2018

+ To be in tune with market trends, from 2018, CNT has focused on developing real estate sector.

+ Invest and develop the project of high-class sea villas Ha Tien Venice Villas, Ha Tien city, Kien Giang province (9 hectares).

2013 - 2017

Implementing M&A activities such as:

CNT Plaza Building Complex - District 2

CNT - An Phuc high-rise apartment building project, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City (1.4 hectares)

Phuoc Hoa industrial cluster and domestic port project, Tan Thanh town, Ba Ria Vung Tau province (18 hectares)

2007 - 2012

For 5 consecutive years, CNT has been voted by Vietnam Net newspaper as one of the 500 leading enterprises in Vietnam.

Maintaining their position as a leading enterprise in the field of construction and trading in building materials.

Establishing office systems in key economic regions across the country and expanding business activities oversea.

2008

CNT stock officially went public on HOSE

2004

Invest and develop the project of Ha Tien new urban area, Ha Tien City, Kien Giang Province.

2003

The Ministry of Construction issued a decision to equitize the company with the name of Construction and Trading Materials Joint Stock Company (CNT Group).

2001

Expanded to real estate development and participated in developing the urban reclamation project of Rach Gia, Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province.

1981

CNT Group was officially established under the name of Transport Material Supply Company (formerly known as Transportation Supply Enterprise) according to the Decision of the Ministry of Construction.

Materials Trading

CNT Group is proud to be the leading building materials supplier in the country. The company's special strength is its ability to supply large-volume building materials for national projects such as Tri An hydropower, Thac Mo hydropower, Da Mi Ham Thuan, East-West boulevard, and Thu Thiem tunnel, Thu Thiem bridge, O Mon - Can Tho thermoelectricity, ... Besides supplying materials domestically, CNT also promotes the export of their materials internationally.

Building materials Manufacturing

Along with one of CNT's members: Tra Duoc Company, CNT Group exploits and produces construction stone for construction projects across the country. CNT Group is also the first company in Vietnam to enter into a joint venture with Japan's leading construction group - P.S.Mitsubishi to produce prestressed concrete piles.
