Ha Tien Night Market is invested by the Construction & Materials Trading Joint Stock Company (CNT Group), designed with subdivisions including: Fixed container stalls (local special food stalls facing the canal bank), fixed canvas stalls (running along Road No. 25) and mobile booths.

The booths are designed with eye-catching drawings, many different colors to create a fresh, multi-colored space. With a total of nearly 500 stalls, Ha Tien Night Market is currently the largest-scale night market in the Mekong River Delta, 2-3 times more than normal tourist night markets. In addition, the market also reserves a place to arrange a stage, park, and public space large enough to organize art and cultural exchange activities.
